Letter from Chief Judge designee Nebeker to attorney Joseph C. Zengerle of the law firm of Bingham, Dana & Gould. This letter reports that Chief Judge designee Nebeker was working with Congressional committee staff to provide for Judicial retirement benefits and pay parity between the Chief Judge and Associate Judges salaries.
