Angel Caracciolo, veterans law judge at the BVA and former law clerk to Judge Davis.
Kondi J. Kleinman, assistant U.S. attorney with teh DOJ and former law clerk to Judge Davis.
Charles DiNunzio, associate attorney in private practice and former senior law clerk to Judge Schoelen.
Judge Robert Davis and Judge Mary Schoelen both also made remarks.
The ceremony was held at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse's ceremonial courtroom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
