Description
Special ceremonial session of the CAVC to commemorate the presentation of the portrait of Judge Holdaway. The portraits of Judge Nebeker and Judge Mankin were also rededicated. Chief Judge Kramer presided over the ceremony. Judge Holdaway also made remarks as the honoree.
Judge Greene introduced the first speaker, Judge Wayne E. Alley, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Judge Ivers introduced the second speaker, Judge William K. Suter, Clerk of the United States Supreme Court.
Additional speakers were Linda Blauhut, Chair of the Portrait Committee of the Veterans Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, and Dave Myers, Chair of the Veterans Law Section of the Federal Bar Association.
