Description
Special ceremonial session of the CAVC to commemorate the presentation of the portrait of Judge Greene. Chief Judge Kramer presided over the ceremony. Remarks were made by William Suter, 19th Clerk of the Supreme Court and Major General of the US Army JAG Corps, who worked with Judge Greene while they served in the US Army. Lucy Gray, one of Judge Greene's former law clerks, also made remarks.
Gayle Strommen, President of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association, did the official unveiling and presentation of the portrait.
Judge William Greene finished the ceremony by making remarks.
The ceremony was held at the ceremonial courtroom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
